We were happy to receive a generous grant from our friends at Athletic Brewing Company. Athletic Brewing makes non-alcoholic beer and supports trails through their Two For the Trails grant program. We had some at Trailpalooza 2025 and they were delicious.

Our grant writer, Rob Parisi, submitted our project and won a grant for us! This grant will take us about half way for the funds we need to complete the BUNS OF STEEL trail project. That will be a timber stairway that will climb about 400 vertical feet. The steps will help repair deep erosion occurring on a user made trail that is popular with those looking for a steep climb to work those glutes! We hope to raise the remaining funds by fall of '26. The total project will cost about $20,000 to complete and we're already well on our way to raising that money thanks to Athletic Brewing Co.!
